Vinification
An assemblage of Champagne's three classic varieties — Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier. The cuvée goes through secondary fermentation in bottle by the traditional Champagne method with lees ageing. The dosage falls within the Brut category (up to 12 g/L residual sugar).
Winery Story
A. Bergère is a négociant Champagne house specialising in approachable assemblage cuvées. The house works with grapes from various Champagne subregions, aiming to offer a classic style at an attractive price. The range is targeted at a broad market and stands out for consistent quality.
Vineyard Story
The fruit comes from several appellations of the Champagne region, covering the zones of Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs and the Vallée de la Marne. The region's chalk soils provide the characteristic minerality and high acidity typical of Champagne wines. Blending vintages of different years allows a consistent cuvée style to be maintained.
