Vinification
The wine is made from autochthonous Trebbiano Procanico with extended maceration on the skins, giving it the characteristic amber colour and structural tannins. Minimal intervention and a low sulfite content bring out the natural character of the Tuscan terroir. The cuvée style points to the natural-winemaking traditions of the region.
Winery Story
Poggio del Moro is a small Tuscan estate committed to natural-winemaking principles and minimal intervention in the process. The winemakers aim to convey the living character of the local autochthonous varieties, avoiding industrial methods. The cuvée name 'Senza di Me' ('Without Me') reflects a philosophy of stepping back in favour of nature.

The vineyards lie on Tuscan hills with the limestone-clay soils typical of the region's interior. Trebbiano Procanico is one of the oldest local varieties historically grown in Tuscany, marked by high acidity and a delicate aromatic profile.
