Vinification
The Kaamen cuvée is made from the autochthonous Dalmatian Babić, grown on the stony limestone soils of the Dalmatian coast. Winemaking aims at preserving freshness and expressing the varietal character with moderate oak ageing.
Winery Story
Vinas Mora is a small Dalmatian winery focused on reviving and promoting Croatian autochthonous grapes, above all Babić. The producer emphasises terroir-driven winemaking with minimal intervention, aiming to convey the character of the stony Dalmatian vineyards.
Vineyard Story
The vineyards lie in the Dalmatia region, on the limestone and stony soils characteristic of the Croatian coast. A Mediterranean climate with a hot summer and a mild winter, combined with sea breezes, ensures natural acidity and aromatic freshness in the Babić fruit.
