Vinification
A light Blaufränkisch rosé from one of Burgenland's landmark natural winemakers. The grapes are farmed biodynamically and the wine is made with minimal intervention — no filtration and minimal sulfur additions. The aim is to convey the lively, bright character of the Lake Neusiedl terroir.
Winery Story
Claus Preisinger is one of Austria's pioneers of natural winemaking, working in Gols (Burgenland). He moved to biodynamic farming under Demeter certification and consistently minimises cellar intervention. His wines are recognised in natural-wine circles around the world.
Vineyard Story
The vineyards lie close to Lake Neusiedl, whose microclimate provides warm days and cool nights that preserve bright acidity. The soils are predominantly loam and gravel with a mineral subsoil, giving the wines a characteristic freshness and precision.
