Vinification
Cric Cric is a light, lively white from Xarel·lo grown in Clos Lentiscus's biodynamic vineyards in Penedès. The winemaking is minimalist: native fermentation, minimal intervention, no oak ageing in order to preserve freshness and terroir character. The wine is bottled in a one-litre format, underscoring its everyday, natural style.
Winery Story
Clos Lentiscus is the family biodynamic estate of Manel Avinyó and his daughter Núria at the historic Can Ramon farm in Sant Pere de Ribes, in the Garraf hills of Penedès. Demeter-certified and focused on native varieties, it is regarded as one of the pioneers of natural winemaking in Spain.
Vineyard Story
The vineyards lie in the Subirats subzone of Penedès, on limestone soils with a high clay content. Proximity to the Mediterranean gives the wines a characteristic saline minerality. The Xarel·lo vines are cultivated along biodynamic lines, which underscores their living terroir character.
