Vinification
BN is a natural white blend from Partida Creus, made from autochthonous Catalan varieties with minimal intervention. Winemaking involves spontaneous fermentation, very low or zero sulfur addition and natural clarification. The wine reflects the estate's terroir and philosophy — living, unembellished.
Winery Story
Partida Creus is the project of Massimo Marchiori and Antonella Gerosa, an Italian architect couple from Piedmont who settled in the village of Bonastre (Baix Penedès) in 2000. They revive near-extinct native Catalan grape varieties and make vivid natural wines without additives; each cuvée carries a two-letter name.
Vineyard Story
The vineyards lie in Penedès on limestone-clay soils at about 400 metres above sea level. Old vines of autochthonous varieties yield small crops with pronounced minerality and freshness. A Mediterranean climate influenced by sea breezes provides natural acidity and elegance.
