Vinification
The Agricolis cuvée is made from Marsanne and Roussanne grown on the granite slopes of Saint-Joseph. Fermentation and ageing take place in oak barrels, giving the wine texture and complexity while preserving freshness. The style is geared towards terroir expression and varietal aromatic purity.
Winery Story
Domaine Garon is a family estate in the northern part of the Rhône valley. The winemakers focus on ecological farming and minimal intervention in production, aiming to convey the character of their unique parcels. The estate is known for both red Syrah cuvées and white Saint-Joseph wines.
Vineyard Story
The Saint-Joseph vineyards rise on steep granite terraces along the west bank of the Rhône. Soils with outcrops of gneiss and granite provide excellent drainage and lend the wines a characteristic minerality. A continental climate with warm summers and cool nights preserves natural acidity and aromatic complexity.
