Vinification
A light, aromatic wine from Muskateller, made in a fresh, pure style with minimal intervention. Fermentation runs at controlled temperature to preserve the variety's delicate floral aromas. Bottled with a low sulfite level to keep the wine's liveliness and primary fruit characteristics intact.
Winery Story
Loimer is one of the leading organic and biodynamic wineries in the Kamptal region of Austria. Fred Loimer has been at the helm since the 1990s, gradually converting the vineyards to biodynamic practice. The winery is known for the precise expression of the Kamptal terroir and for the high quality of its Riesling and Grüner Veltliner.
Vineyard Story
The vineyards lie in the Kamptal region north-west of Vienna, along the Kamp river. The region is marked by a continental climate with cool nights, which is ideal for preserving the aromatics of Muskateller. Loess and loamy soils give the wines a characteristic minerality and freshness.
