Vinification
A dry Tamjanika (the Balkan muscat) from Oskar Maurer's old vines on the Subotica sands. Spontaneous fermentation, minimal sulphur and no fining keep the variety's heady aromatics on a bone-dry, drinkable frame.
Winery Story
Oskar Maurer farms pre-phylloxera and old vines on the sandy soils around Subotica and in Srem — one of Serbia's defining natural winemakers.
Vineyard Story
Vineyard parcels in Subotica provide the fruit; soils and local climate shape the texture and balance you find in the glass.
