Vinification
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah aged in oak barrels to add structure and complexity. The style aims at a balance between Mediterranean fruitiness and moderate tannins. The Dalmatian climate with its hot summer and mild winter shapes a ripe but unburdened profile.
Winery Story
Winery Jokić is a small family estate from Dalmatia, keeping the traditions of Croatian winemaking. The producers focus on local and international varieties adapted to the Mediterranean terroir. The estate is known for its attention to quality and small production volumes.
Vineyard Story
The vineyards lie in Dalmatia — a region with a rich winemaking history along the Adriatic coast. Limestone soils, plenty of sunshine and sea breezes create unique conditions for ripening both international and autochthonous grapes. Moderate yields ensure concentrated and expressive fruit.
