Vinification
The cuvée is made in a light, fruity style with an emphasis on the freshness of red berries. Cabernet Sauvignon from the Subotica region is fermented at controlled temperature with minimal extraction to preserve the brightness of the fruit. The name refers to November — the end of the winemaking cycle — and hints at the wine's young, unfiltered character.
Winery Story
Oscar Maurer is a small family estate from the Subotica region in northern Serbia, near the border with Hungary. The winery works in the traditions of Pannonian viticulture, paying particular attention to expressing the local terroir through accessible and drinkable wines. The estate is known for an experimental approach to creating cuvées with expressive names.
Vineyard Story
The vineyards lie in the Subotica–Horgos wine zone — the northernmost in Serbia, with a moderately continental climate and the influence of the Pannonian plain. The soils are mainly sandy and loess, giving the wines lightness and freshness. Moderate summers and a cool autumn allow Cabernet Sauvignon to keep its natural acidity and fruit character.
