Vinification
The cuvée is made in Andrea Calek's natural-winemaking spirit — no or minimal sulfur additions, with native-yeast fermentation. The style is light and drinkable, with an emphasis on freshness and the liveliness of the fruit character.
Winery Story
Andrea Calek is a Czech winemaker who settled in the Ardèche valley in the southern Rhône, and one of the key figures of natural winemaking in France. His philosophy is built on minimal cellar intervention and respect for living vineyards. The 'A Toi' series is conceived as a personal message — each cuvée carries its own emotion and story.
Vineyard Story
The vineyards lie on the granite and limestone soils of the Ardèche, a region with a pronounced continental climate and the influence of the mistral. Syrah and Grenache are grown without chemical fertilisers or pesticides, preserving the soil's living microflora. The moderate 2023 harvest brought the wines freshness and delicacy.
