Vinification
A light, fresh Pinot Noir from the Renner sisters, whose winemaking is focused on minimal intervention and on preserving natural acidity. Fermentation runs without added yeasts, ageing takes place in neutral vessels to preserve fruit purity. Sulfur addition is kept to a minimum, underlining the wine's living, direct character.
Winery Story
Rennersistas is a project of sisters Stefi and Susi Renner from Burgenland, one of Austria's most dynamic natural-winemaking regions. The sisters work in close cooperation with the family estate, following the principles of organic farming and minimal cellar intervention. Their wines stand out for their playfulness, freshness and an authentic terroir expression.
Vineyard Story
The vineyards lie in Burgenland, a region with a continental climate and the influence of Lake Neusiedl, which moderates temperature swings and creates a unique microclimate. The soils are loam and limestone, lending Pinot Noir minerality and elegance. The moderate climate keeps natural acidity and a delicate fruit structure intact.
