Vinification
A light, fresh wine in the natural-winemaking style from Sylvain Bock — a bright voice of the Rhône valley's natural movement. Most a gentle extraction with minimal intervention is used to preserve fruitiness and drinkability. Low doses of added sulfur or none at all.
Winery Story
Sylvain Bock is a distinctive winemaker from the Ardèche working in the natural-winemaking spirit, with an emphasis on minimal cellar intervention. His wines stand out for their liveliness, drinkability and an honest reflection of the terroir. Bock is inspired by the philosophy of winemakers such as Marcel Lapierre.
Vineyard Story
The vineyards lie in the Ardèche in the southern Rhône valley, on granite and limestone soils. A moderate climate allows freshness and natural acidity to be preserved even in the warm conditions of the French south. Vineyard work is done with respect for natural cycles.
