Vinification

A blend of autochthonous Dalmatian varieties — Lasina, Plavina, Debit and Maraština — made by Vinas Mora. A light, fresh style with minimal intervention, focused on preserving the natural acidity and fruitiness of the grapes. Moderate maceration without excessive tannin extraction.

Winery Story

Vinas Mora is a small Dalmatian winery specialising in reviving and promoting the autochthonous grapes of Dalmatia. The estate keeps to a natural approach in viticulture and winemaking, aiming to express the authentic character of the local terroir. The Barbba name reflects respect for the traditions and heritage of Dalmatian winemaking.

Vineyard Story

The vineyards lie in Dalmatia — a region with a rich winemaking history, a Mediterranean climate and karst limestone soils. The combination of sea breezes and high sun exposure shapes a unique profile in the autochthonous grapes, preserving bright acidity at moderate alcohol levels. Lasina and Plavina lend the wine lightness and a floral note, while Debit and Maraština add minerality and freshness.
