Vinification
Triple B is a light, drinkable Blaufränkisch style from Claus Preisinger, vinified with minimal intervention. Whole-cluster fermentation and short maceration lend the wine freshness and juiciness. Ageing in neutral vessels preserves the variety's purity and the terroir's character.
Winery Story
Claus Preisinger is one of the pioneers of natural winemaking in Burgenland, working his own Demeter-certified biodynamic vineyards. His wines are known for minimal cellar intervention and a vivid terroir character. Preisinger is one of the key figures of the new generation of Austrian natural winemakers.
Vineyard Story
The vineyards lie in Burgenland near Lake Neusiedl on soils with a high schist and gravel content, lending the wines a characteristic minerality. Biodynamic farming preserves the soil's vitality and emphasises the uniqueness of the terroir. Blaufränkisch in this region gives elegant, spicy wines with expressive acidity.
