Vinification
The cuvée is made in Milan Nestarec's natural style — minimal intervention, spontaneous fermentation, no filtration or only a light one. An assemblage of Grüner Veltliner, Chardonnay and Riesling underscores the bright acidity and terroir minerality of Moravia. Ageing on fine lees gives the wine texture and depth.
Winery Story
Milan Nestarec is one of the best-known and most provocative natural winemakers in Central Europe, working in Moravia (Czech Republic). His estate has gained cult status thanks to unconventional labels, a minimalist approach to winemaking and a relentless search for a living expression of terroir. Nestarec adheres to the principles of organic farming and refuses excessive cellar technology.
Vineyard Story
The vineyards lie in Moravia — the winemaking heart of the Czech Republic — where a continental climate shapes wines of pronounced acidity and minerality. The soils are mostly limestone and loess, which suit Grüner Veltliner and Riesling perfectly. Moderate summer temperatures and cool nights preserve aromatic freshness and grape structure.
