Vinification
A Crémant de Bourgogne produced by the traditional method (méthode traditionnelle) with secondary fermentation in bottle. The cuvée, made from Pinot Noir, gives the rosé an elegant salmon hue and a delicate red-berry structure. The Brut style assumes minimal dosage sugar, preserving Burgundy's bright natural acidity.
Winery Story
Parigot & Richard is a Burgundian family house specialising in Crémant de Bourgogne and still wines. Based in Savigny-lès-Beaune, the house combines traditional Burgundian winemaking with a modern sense of style and quality. Its sparkling range is known for approachability and the purity of Burgundian terroir.
Vineyard Story
The vineyards lie in Burgundy, primarily on the limestone-clay soils characteristic of the Crémant de Bourgogne appellation. Pinot Noir under these conditions delivers delicate red-berry fruit and high natural acidity, ideal for traditional-method sparkling wines. A moderate continental climate ensures slow ripening and preserves freshness.
