Vinification
An assemblage from seven crus of the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, partially aged in oak on the lees for added complexity. The wine goes through the traditional method with extended lees ageing, which builds the characteristic bready texture. Dosage is minimal, highlighting terroir expressiveness and freshness.
Winery Story
Agrapart & Fils is a family house in Avize, run by Pascal Agrapart, the fourth generation at the helm. Pascal is known for his devotion to biodynamic farming and a hands-off approach in the cellar. His Champagnes are a benchmark for the terroir style of the Côte des Blancs.
Vineyard Story
The estate's vineyards lie on the famous chalk soils of the Côte des Blancs, mainly in Avize and the surrounding villages. The Cuvée Les 7 Crus brings together parcels from seven different crus, lending the wine multidimensionality and complexity. Biodynamic farming allows the unique chalk terroir of the region to come through fully.
