Vinification
The cuvée 'Les Perchots' is a village-level Meursault vineyard, aged in Burgundian barrels with a share of new oak. Pierre Boisson works in a minimalist style, preserving the natural freshness and minerality of the terroir. Filtration is minimal and only a small dose of sulfur is added.
Winery Story
Pierre Boisson is a young winegrower from Meursault, part of the new generation of Burgundian winemakers. He inherited a small domaine and works along organic and biodynamic lines. His wines are marked by precision, purity and a sharply defined terroir character.
Vineyard Story
The Les Perchots vineyard sits in the commune of Meursault on limestone soils with a clay layer, characteristic of the appellation. The vines lie at moderate altitude, giving a good balance between fruit ripeness and the preservation of acidity. The terroir lends the wine its distinctive minerality and elegant structure.
