Vinification

A blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc from natural winemaker Sylvain Bock in the Ardèche. Minimal-intervention vinification, no added yeasts. A small dose of sulfites or none at all preserves the wine's liveliness and authenticity.

Winery Story

Sylvain Bock is one of the key figures of natural winemaking in the Ardèche (Rhône valley). He works small plots using organic and natural methods, avoiding chemical interventions in vineyard and cellar. His wines are valued for their honesty and the lively character of the terroir.

Vineyard Story

The vineyards lie in the southern part of the Rhône valley, in the Ardèche, on limestone and granite soils. A continental climate with Mediterranean influence ensures good acidity and freshness in the white wines. Organic farming supports biodiversity and soil health.
