Vinification
A light red wine made in a natural style using whole clusters and carbonic or semi-carbonic maceration, highlighting Gamay's fruitiness and freshness. A small addition of Syrah adds structure and spice. Minimal cellar intervention, very little or no added sulfur.
Winery Story
Sylvain Bock is an independent natural winemaker working in the Rhône valley, known for his minimalist approach and respect for the terroir. His wines stand out for their liveliness, freshness and expressiveness without excessive cellar intervention. Bock is close to the philosophy of natural winemaking and works with both local and atypical grapes for the region.
Vineyard Story
The vineyards lie in the southern part of the Rhône valley, where Gamay is rare, making this cuvée unusual for the region. The soils are mainly granite and schist, ensuring minerality and freshness. A moderate climate combined with organic farming helps preserve the grapes' natural acidity.
