Vinification

The wine is made from Syrah grown on the granite slopes of Saint-Joseph. Winery Story

Vincent Paris is a small producer from Cornas working with northern Rhône vineyards since the early 2000s. He is known for his careful approach to the terroir and minimalist winemaking that highlights the character of the granite soils. His wines have become a benchmark of the elegant yet authentic northern Rhône style.

Vineyard Story

The Saint-Joseph vineyards lie on steep granite slopes along the right bank of the Rhône. Granite soils give the wines their characteristic minerality and peppery edge, typical of the northern Rhône. A moderate 2022 climate supported the preservation of natural acidity and freshness alongside good ripeness.
